I am a chef deep rooted in my passion for southern cuisine. Raised on a working farm learning at a young age how to eat from the ground has kept me grounded and humble. I draw inspiration by seeing the food first in my head, then everything else follows. I excelled as a culinary student learning French techniques at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, graduating with Honors and on the Presidents List for both the diploma and Associates degree programs. My grandmother was my biggest inspiration onto this journey and I believe she is still with me today. Let me create something wonderful using the creativity with your vision and mine!
